I chose the plugin “Smush“. This plugin optimizes images, it is quite easy to use and it is very important for a website because if the images are optimized, the website will perform well.

Very easy to set up, just following the steps

Lazy Load status must be active here to get faster initial loads.

In the Smush tab go to the Bulk Smush and Choose the Smush Mode:
1.Basic – no quality loss, slight optimization
2.Super – some loss of quality but significant optimization.
